Shorelines are dynamic, diverse, and ever-evolving. Healthy shorelines buffer the land from the effects of storms blown in from sea. The unique combinations of water, earth, and nutrients create niche habitats that foster biodiversity.

I have stairs on my beach property and now WA State Fish and Game is alleging that they harming the habitat. I have been in conversations with them but as you are aware it is pushing a boulder up-hill. I am looking at a ways to establish mitigation credits that will satisfy the State.
